What your $99 actually covers.
Fast managed hosting
Hosting is the rented space where your website lives so people can visit it. "Managed" means we set up and look after that space for you, so you never deal with control panels or a hosting company's support queue.
SSL certificate
The padlock next to your web address. It encrypts what visitors send you, like contact form messages, and stops browsers labelling your site "Not secure", which is enough to make some people leave.
Daily backups
A full copy of your site, saved every day. If an update misbehaves or something gets deleted by mistake, we can roll back to a version from before the problem.
Software and security updates
Websites run on software that gets regular fixes, many of them closing security holes. Out-of-date software is a common way in for hackers, so we keep yours current.
Uptime monitoring
"Uptime" is simply the time your site is online. Monitoring checks it automatically and alerts us if it stops responding, rather than you hearing about it from a customer.
Small edits, up to 1 hour a month
Email us the change and we'll make it. Most small changes are done within 24 hours.

Maintenance keeps your site fast and safe. It doesn't move you up Google on its own; that's what search engine optimization is for.
What is the difference between website hosting and maintenance?
Hosting is where your website lives: the server that delivers your pages to anyone who visits. Maintenance is the ongoing care that keeps it working, such as updates, backups, monitoring and edits. Our plan covers both for $99 a month.
What happens if my website goes down?
Uptime monitoring checks that your site is responding and alerts us if it stops, so a problem doesn't sit unnoticed until a customer mentions it. Because we manage the hosting too, there is one team to fix it, not a chain of companies pointing at each other.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. We don't use long lock-in contracts. The plan is a simple monthly fee of $99 with no hidden extras.
What if I need more than an hour of edits in a month?
Tell us what you need and we'll let you know before we start if it won't fit in your hour. Anything bigger gets a fixed quote first, so you never get a surprise invoice.
How can I make edits to my website?
It's as easy as emailing us your request. Most small changes are made within 24 hours. For bigger edits or new pages, we'll reach out to go over what you'd like to add or change, so the work gets done to your satisfaction. Additional fees may apply.
What if I decide to cancel hosting and use a different service?
That's fine. We just need 30 days' notice. In that time we prepare your website to be transferred to your own third-party hosting provider, so the move goes smoothly.
Do you host every website you build?
Yes, every site we build is hosted and maintained by us. The website package covers designing and building your site, and the $99 monthly plan covers hosting and looking after it once it's live.
