Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on our website, email us or call us, we collect what you share. That usually includes:

• Your business name and current website
• The services you are interested in and how you prefer to be contacted
• Anything you write in your message

If you become a client, we also keep the details we need to do the work and bill for it, such as content, logins you choose to share with us and billing contacts. Payments are handled by the payment provider named on your invoice; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically:

• Basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you request. Our hosting provider records this to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Analytics data through Google Analytics, such as which pages you visit, how long you stay, roughly where you are (city or region) and how you found us.
• Advertising data through Google Ads, such as whether you reached our site from one of our ads and whether you then contacted us.

How we use it

We only send marketing emails if you have asked for them or are a client, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number in a form, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry and any project that follows. These are messages from our team, not automated marketing.

• You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or just tell us.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan.
• We do not share or sell your phone number to anyone for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

• Vercel hosts our website.
• Resend delivers the emails sent from our contact forms.
• Google Workspace runs our email.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads help us understand visits and measure our advertising.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

Cookies and similar tools

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Our website itself does not need cookies to work, but Google Analytics and Google Ads use them to recognize repeat visits and to connect ad clicks with inquiries. Google may also use this information to show you our ads on other websites.

You can control this in several ways:

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Manage ad personalization in Google My Ad Center.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a sensible record of our conversations, usually no more than three years if you do not become a client. Client records are kept for the length of our work together and afterward as long as tax, accounting or legal rules require. Analytics data is kept according to the settings in our Google Analytics account.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or billing reasons
• Stop contacting you

Keeping it safe

Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we only use reputable service providers with their own security programs. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information like passwords, card numbers or Social Security numbers through our forms.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites and concept sites

Our site links to other websites, including the live sites of clients and partners. Their privacy practices are their own. The concept sites in our portfolio are demonstrations for fictional businesses; their forms are for display only and do not send or store anything you type.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on our website.
