About Maren
Maren runs most of our discovery calls, so she is often the first person an owner talks to. She listens for what is really going on underneath the problem you came in with.
She leads our strategy and succession work: setting a clear direction, turning it into a short list of priorities, and planning for the day the owner can step back. She is direct, calm in a messy room, and happiest when a leadership team walks out of a session with the same plan in their heads.
