About Daniel
Daniel leads our operations and process work. He spends as much time on the shop floor and in the warehouse as at the whiteboard, because the real process is the one people actually follow.
He maps the work with the people who do it, cuts the steps that slow it down, and writes it up so anyone can follow it. When a client needs hands-on help while they hire, he steps in as a part-time, fractional COO.
