About us

A local crew that shows you what we find.

Most people call a roofer on a bad day. We keep that call easy: we come out, we show you the problem, we explain your options and we help with the insurance side.

  • You see it before we quote itPhotos of every issue, on your phone, before anyone talks price.
  • Options, not pressureIf a repair will do, we say so. Replacement is your call.
  • Respect for your homeTarps over plants, boards over the lawn, a magnet sweep before we go.

Before and after

Drag to see the
difference.

A new roof changes how a whole house looks, not just how it keeps the rain out.

Is the roof inspection really free?

Yes. We come out, get on the roof and show you what we find, with photos. There is no cost and no obligation to hire us.

Do I need a full replacement, or just a repair?

It depends on the damage and the age of the roof. If a repair will do the job, we will tell you. You see the photos either way, so the decision is yours.

Can you help with my insurance claim?

We document damage with photos, help you with the paperwork and can meet your adjuster on the roof. Decisions about coverage are always up to your insurance company.

What roofing materials do you install?

Asphalt shingle, metal, tile and flat or low-slope membrane roofs. We walk you through the trade-offs at your inspection.

Water is coming in right now. What should I do?

Move valuables away, catch the water and call us. If water is getting in, we can tarp the damaged area until the repair.
